A big fan of recording memories, I decided to start printing tooth fairy letters / creating letters from the tooth fairy, as fun way to record each milestone.

The general consensus for the Tooth fairy going rate seemed to be a shiny £1 coin, with perhaps a £2 coin for the very first tooth.

Being almost 35 at the time, it had been a long time since my tooth fairy had come to visit! I didn’t even know what the going rate for the Tooth Fairy was these days, and everyone I asked seemed to have different opinions. I found myself madly googling for free printable tooth fairy letters and messaging all my friends to ask if it was still the done thing to leave letters from the tooth fairy. When it came to the Tooth Fairy’s first visit, I honestly didn’t have a clue where to start. Although I appreciate that sounds absolutely RIDICULOUS, there was something about seeing that teeny tiny little baby tooth in her hand, her big gummy smile gleaming back at me and spotting her NEW first grown up tooth poking through the surface of her gum that made me feel a little bit sad – an official sign that my baby was starting to grow up!
